Mixle (“Mixle,” “we,” “our”) is a free daily word game published by Paper Napkin Projects at mixle.fun. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using Mixle you agree to this policy.
Mixle has no accounts and no login. Your game progress, statistics, streak, and nickname are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to a Mixle server. Clearing your browser data clears your stats.
We use third-party services for analytics and advertising. Those services receive standard request information (IP address, user agent, referrer, page viewed) and set cookies as described below.
We use the following:

If you decline, Google Analytics and Google AdSense are not loaded and no ads are shown. You can change your mind by clearing the mixle_consent entry in your browser's site data for mixle.fun, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit.

Mixle is suitable for general audiences but is not directed at children under 13. Because Mixle stores no personal data on its own servers, there's nothing for us to delete on a child's behalf — clearing the browser's site data for mixle.fun removes everything Mixle has stored. If you have a concern about a child using Mixle, you can still contact us at the address below.
Analytics data is retained according to the providers' default retention periods. Local data lives in your browser until you clear it.
Our hosting and analytics providers operate globally and may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. They commit to applicable safeguards (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).
If we update this policy we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top.
